Alyse Delle Fave

Alyse concentrates her practice in environmental law.

Her experience includes assisting clients through the environmental due diligence process through evaluation of existing and possible environmental concerns in tandem with property values and development potential. Her practice involves assessments for both operational and location based permitting requirements, regulation of and liability for solid and hazardous wastes under CERCLA and RCRA, regulation of underground storage tanks, petroleum spill reporting obligations and liability under the State Navigation Law.

Alyse is well versed in State Superfund and Brownfield Cleanup Programs, successfully assisting clients from the complex application process through issuance of a Certificate of Completion, including preparation of environmental easements and representation in environmental cost recovery actions.

Through her practice, Alyse has achieved a thorough understanding of New York’s unique environment and ecosystems in evaluating public drinking water supply quality, endangered species habitat protection, preparation of conservation easements, and freshwater and tidal wetlands permitting.

Alyse earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. She held leadership positions as Research Editor for the Moot Court Honors Board of Advocates, and Secretary for the Environmental Law Society.

Alyse is an active member of the Advisory Board for Touro Law Center’s Land Use and Sustainable Law Institute. She is also a proud member of the Women’s Economic Developers of Long Island (WEDLI).

She was honored to be selected and listed on New York’s Super Lawyers List of 2022.
